Hand Hygiene

Visitors should maintain proper hand hygiene before and after visiting patients.

Infection Prevention

Visitors with symptoms of infection may be requested to avoid visiting patients.

Mobile Phones

Please keep mobile phones on silent mode inside patient care areas.

No Smoking

Smoking, tobacco products and alcohol are strictly prohibited within hospital premises.

Respect Patient Privacy

Visitors are expected to respect the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of all patients. Photography, video recording or audio recording of patients, staff or clinical procedures should not be undertaken without appropriate permission.

Children as Visitors

Children visiting the hospital should remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult at all times. For safety reasons, children may be restricted from certain clinical and procedure areas.

Restricted Areas

Certain areas such as operating rooms, procedure rooms, intensive care areas, diagnostic areas and other restricted clinical zones may not be accessible to visitors.

Visitors are requested to follow instructions provided by hospital staff regarding access to restricted areas.
