Dr. Abhishek Raghavendra Desai is a Senior Consultant specializing in Vitreo-Retina, Ocular Trauma and Uvea Services at Shri Ganapati Netralaya, Jalna. He also serves as a Postgraduate Teacher, Academic In-charge and Programme Coordinator for the DNB Ophthalmology and Speciality Fellowship programmes.
He has received advanced training through prestigious national and international institutions, including Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS), Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCS), ICO Fellowship (UK), and ICO Surgical Retina Fellowship at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, Mount Sinai, USA.
Dr. Desai has been actively involved in multicentre clinical research, retinal disease management, postgraduate teaching and innovation in retina care.
