Mr. Raju Barwale was born on December 12, 1955 in Khamgoan.

He graduated in Agriculture from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. He has been associated with Mahyco for over 24 years in various capacities and his main emphasis has been on Human Resources Development.
